Linea
Restraint, balance and contemporary aesthetics
Linea is intended for guests who appreciate a refined, understated expression of contemporary luxury, with an emphasis on simplicity, balanced lines and function. A carefully designed interior and a pleasant atmosphere make it a great choice for a holiday with family or friends. It covers 136 m² across two floors and comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people.
Layout
The lower level is the heart of the house, meant for shared moments and rest. The spacious living room connects to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, creating an open, bright and functional space.
This level also holds one bedroom and one bathroom, while the living area opens onto a balcony — a pleasant spot for morning coffee, rest or fresh air.
Two more bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper level, giving guests enough privacy and comfort even when the house is fully occupied.
Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two separate single beds. Additional sleeping space is provided in the living room.
