Welcome and arrival: a member of our team will meet you, hand over the keys and give you all the information you need about the house and your stay.

• Capacity
  Each house is intended for a stay of 6 to 8 guests.
• Smoking
  Smoking is allowed in the living room of the house.
• Pets
  Rudine Hills is not a pet-friendly complex.
• Quiet hours
  We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet and privacy of other guests during the night.
• Celebrations and gatherings
  Celebrations and larger gatherings are possible only by prior arrangement.
• Use of the jacuzzi
  The jacuzzi should be used carefully and in line with the available instructions.
• Liability for damage
  Guests are liable for damage caused by careless or improper use of the space and equipment.
• Minimum stay
  2 nights.

Families with children are welcome at Rudine Hills. A cot and a high chair can be provided on prior request.

Because of the stairs, terraces, balconies, yard and jacuzzi tub, constant supervision of children during the stay is recommended.

• The nearest shop is in the village of Rudine, about 2 km from the complex.
• The “Ognjište” restaurant is about 2 km from the complex.
• The “Čumićevo sokače” restaurant is about 6 km from the complex.
• The “Četinar” restaurant is about 6 km from the complex.
• The Gazprom Neft petrol station is about 8 km away, on the main road towards the Montenegrin coast.

Rudine Hills is very well positioned as a calm base for exploring Zlatibor and the surrounding attractions, with a return to privacy and quiet after a day of sightseeing.

• Reservation confirmation
  A reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit payment has been recorded.
• Payment method
  Payment is possible by bank transfer, while the remaining amount is settled at the latest on arrival.
• Deposit
  To confirm a reservation, 30% of the total value of the stay must be paid.
• Cancellation
  For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded in full. For later cancellation or no-show, the deposit is not refunded.
• Date change
  Changing the dates is possible subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
